Introduction
The Airline Pilot Standards Multi Crew Cooperation (APS MCC) Course is an enhanced MCC program for candidates who are interested in an advanced swept-wing jet aircraft training and airline operations scenario training.
This Course includes extra Categories such us Crew Resource Management (CRM), Jet Induction Training (JIT), Threat-and-Error management (TEM) and Jet orientation Course (JOC) and upgrade the dynamic of your knowledge.
Purpose and Goals
The main goal of the APS MCC course is to give to the candidate a comparative advantage in his professional airline career, by teaching him the transition from a single-pilot light aircraft to a modern, full-sized jet cockpit.
With this Course the candidate can develop professional levels of competence in workload management and communication and learn how to use of checklists, teamwork and support of all phases of flight under normal, abnormal or emergency conditions.
Course Structure
Ground School: Comprehensive theoretical instruction covering 35 hours of teaching for topics such as Swept-wing jet a/c systems and take off, critical emergency situations, air traffic control, crew resource management, thread error management, communication, leadership and team work, situational awareness and problem solving etc.
Simulator Training: Practical flight instruction takes place in A320 FIXED BASE Simulator and includes 40 hours of training or 35 hours for ATP (A) Integrated Students.
Requirements
License holder: The candidate must be a holder of CPL MEP IR license.
Medical Certification: A valid Class 1 medical certificate is necessary to ensure the candidate meets the health standards for commercial pilots.
Language Proficiency: The candidate must be a holder of EASA Language Proficiency Level 4 (at least)

The course duration is 15 working days
The cost of APS MCC Course is 5.900€.
Certification and Career Path
Upon successful completion, graduates will upgrade their license form CPL to ATPLf and have the qualifications required applying for an Airline Transport Pilot License. This certification is based on the Airlines latest requirements and opens up more career opportunities with commercial airlines, cargo carriers, and other aviation sectors.
